Our mission Is to empower, encourage and challenge our re-entry youth participants to develop a healthy productive creative mindset. We inspire each youth participant to develop new learning strategies and skillsets that will help them navigate through life’s daily challenges, and make new improved healthy decisions that will allow them to become successful productive educated and employed citizens of their communities and pay it forward in life.

While focusing on social skills, positive healthy communication skills, cognitive development and a new improved healthy behavior pattern in each of our youth re-entry participants.

Our coaches/mentors are ready to prepare our re-entry youth and give them an opportunity to learn new healthy lifeskill patterns. This will afford them an opportunity to make sound improved decisions in real life circumstances and situations that will arise in their lives. Our comprehensive active participation 16-week classroom setting program is geared toward improving personal and cognitive development, healthy relationships along with new and improved healthy communication and healthy behavior life-skill habits.

Personal Development Course Program

Relationships healthy vs unhealthy • Communication skills healthy vs unhealthy • Family/Friends upon re-entering • Feelings healthy vs unhealthy • Behavior modification • Good habits/Time management Upon completion of the 18-week program course, all youth participants will receive a certificate of completion and graduation ceremony followed by a dinner with family and friends to celebrate their WIN. Jeremiah 29:11 For I know the thoughts that I think of you, says the LORD, thoughts of peace and not evil, to give you a future and a hope. Isaiah 40:31 But those who wait on the LORD shall renew their strength; They shall soar on wings like eagles, They shall run and not be weary, They shall walk and not faint. We care and love our youth, they are truly our next in line Leaders of America chosen by God with a purpose and destiny to be fulfilled.

I’m a mother of 6 boys, a wife, nurse, and a minister of God’s Word. My passion for Destined 4 Purpose re-entry youth program was awakened out of my real-life testament of my oldest son Daniel’s journey with the juvenile system that started at the age of 14. Seeing my son Daniel go through the state of New Jersey juvenile court system really conditioned him for future adult incarceration due to lack of available reentry youth personal development programs. The programs that were available to families were very costly and taxing on a family’s budget. I truly believe that if there were personal development programs for re-entry youth returning to the community after incarceration made available 37 years ago and even today, not only for my son Daniel, but for many others like him they could have had an opportunity for personal growth and change to occur if these programs were made available. It’s a proven fact that juvenile incarceration without personal development programs only lead to repeat adult incarcerations and like my son Daniel and others even death at an early age. We have a chance to turn this devastating statistical outcome of our troubled youth with a FREE cognitive personal development program that is made available with coaches and mentors for our re-entry youth. This program will provide the youth an opportunity to learn new healthy behavioral, social skills and communication skills and focus on new improved behavior lifestyle habit. We have coaches and mentors for our youth participants in the program that will hold each youth accountable so that they will learn how to stay committed and consistent to their personal development program. After the 18-week completion of the program each youth participant will understand their real God given purpose in life. They will know that they were truly Destined 4 Purpose to WIN in life.

In memory of Daniel “Danny Boo” Ramos 11/01/2020

My beloved Daniel, who had recently re-entered society after a prison term, tragically departed this world at the tender age of 35, ascending to the heavens only five days after celebrating his birthday, leaving us to mourn his early departure to be with the LORD. Way too soon.
